JJ FarrellI thought I was in good shape until I started Crossfit in 2011. It has significantly improved my overall fitness. My life outside the gym has improved as well, with less stress, less time at the doctor, and an overall feeling of being in shape, knowing my body can handle the challenges of everyday life and then some. My Crossfit performance improved significantly when I started eating properly and learned to fuel my body for performance instead of just eating whatever was convenient. I’ve been a coach for 5 years and seeing that same improvement in athletes of all different shapes and sizes is a testament to the effectiveness of Crossfit.
My spare time is usually spent working on my wife’s current Pinterest dream and catering to the whims of our pit bull Dolly. I also enjoy spending time with friends, family, and any Atlanta sports team.
