Jackie LangIn March of 2009 I asked myself "what do I really know about fitness?" After a little research I discovered CrossFit and it changed my life. After only 4 months of CrossFit programing I knew what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
I have since dedicated my life to learning more about CrossFit principles and general fitness applications. It is my goal to deliver remarkable personal service to every client. I want every client that walks through my doors to achieve their athletic goals.
